Brand new consumer-grade computers that are mass-produced are not produced with the same component durability as mass-produced business-grade computers.

DC Jacks are more easily replaced on business-grade computers, keyboards are more durable on business-grade computers, hinges have more durable engineering on business-grade computers. Even the composite material used to make the cases are tougher with business-grade computers.
