Absolutely, just call us and we’ll provide a quote on the service or purchase so you can make an informed purchasing decision. We’ll also take the payment over the phone and immediately apply the balance to the recipient’s account.

You can download the gift card image and print or email it, even text it. Just let them know the value. When they come into our office, they simply need to tell us who purchased the gift card so we can look it up in our system. You can also call us ahead of their arrival and we’ll apply the gift card balance to their account.

• Our average computer repair is ~$200, which includes the diagnostics, the repair, and the parts
• A brand new entry level gaming computer is ~$800-$1400 (no monitor)
• A brand new mid-range gaming computer is  ~$1400-$1800 (no monitor)
• A brand new high-end gaming computer is ~$1800-$2300 (no monitor)
• A brand new bleeding-edge gaming computer is ~$2300+ (no monitor)
• A year of RAD Care Silver / Gold / Platinum is $100 / $200 / $300 respectively

These gift cards work same-as-cash at any RAD Computers location. They can be applied to anything from computer diagnostics to computer repairs, computer parts, computer purchases, RAD Care Computer Maintenance plans, tutoring, RAD Swag, and more.

Gift cards are non refundable and provide no cash-back. We will apply the remaining balance of the gift card to their account for use at a later time. They CAN transfer this remaining balance to another person as store credit, even back to the purchaser!

Since these work same-as-cash, they simply need to cover the remaining balance using an alternative payment method.

At this time, we are not offering physical gift cards, though it IS something we’re looking into if these become popular.
